rn As there is its own essence, identity and specialty of Nepal, located in the world which is full of geographical diversity, whereas, the Nepalese society is dominated with superstitious, poor, lack of knowledge, lack to assess of education and health services, gender discrimination, tribal discrimination, child labour which are to be changed absolutely and the necessity of protection of civil and legal rights of peoples, protection of human rights, literacy campaign, involvement of general people in development activities, information of the employment, education, health services and safe motherhood and protect the children rights has been felt to make the environment balanced, similarly, due to the political conflict in the nation the structures of infrastructures and programmes of rural development has been destroyed and if has been felt necessary that a long project has to be constructed and researched for reconstruction of those destroyed programmes, this non-governmental organization named Reconstruction and Research Development Centre (RRCC) has been established without being contrary to Interim Constitution of Nepal, 2063 (with amendments) and treaty relating to human rights reformation and investigation formulated by United Nations Organization and South Asian Association Regional Corporation (SAARC) and approved by Nepal.
